ALI Medical Converting, formally TTL Medical, offers private label manufacturing of medical, wound care, die cut components, and personal care products. We excel at providing highly personalized and responsive medical device manufacturing to a variety of companies, both large and small. We are capable of converting highly complex laminated and die cut constructions for medical and personal care products.
Our focus is to provide a “single source” packaging of medical device services from design control, prototyping, process development, and product and sterilization validations to finished sterilized product. We coordinate product sterilization through ISO certified contractors utilizing Gamma irradiation or Ethylene Oxide gas processing.
We manufacture our products in a certified Class 100,000 clean room, while FDA and ISO 9001:2000 registration are maintained to ensure that current U.S. and international standards are satisfied.
