Hitachi Presents Supplier Performance Award to Advanced Labelworx
Oak Ridge, Tenn. — For the fourth time in the past seven years, Advanced Labelworx, Inc. (ALI) was the recipient of the Supplier Performance Award from Hitachi America’s Automotive Products division. ALI produces labels for Hitachi’s electronic automobile components. Hitachi Ltd ranks among the 50 largest industrial corporations in the world.
Earlier this year, ALI was given the “Top-Ten Supplier Award” from Hitachi, in recognition of consistently being one of its most dependable vendors.
Representatives from Hitachi Ltd noted that ALI earned this award based upon their high marks in the areas of quality, delivery performance, cost management, and dedicated support.
“Hitachi is a long-term customer of Advanced Labelworx, Inc. They hold us to very high standards and have made us a better company through their continual improvement processes,” commented Lana Sellers, president of ALI.
ALI was founded in 1971 and has its headquarters in Oak Ridge, TN, with a second facility in Anderson, SC. In addition to the manufacture of pressure sensitive labels for the automotive market, ALI produces labels for the electrical, chemical, textile, medical and pharmaceutical industries. Both locations are ISO 9001:2000 certified.
