REACH Compliance

Labels and other products supplied by Advanced Labelworx, Inc. are considered articles under REACH regulation.  Companies are required to advise the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) of information related to the properties of a chemical substance if either of the following are met:

• A chemical substance is intended to be released from the article during normal or reasonable foreseeable conditions of use and the total amount of the chemical substances present in the all the articles produced exceeds 1 metric ton (2,204.62 lbs.) per year.
• The chemical substances that make up the article are included on the Candidate List of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC).

Our products are not articles with intended release of chemical substances, nor do they contain chemical substances found on the list of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC).
